Renew Your Masthope Property Owner Ski Privileges

Every year, all Masthope Property Owners must re-register for ski privileges on their RFID Ski Card.

Members of Masthope Mountain Community in good standing receive skiing privileges for themselves by signing a waiver of liability at the start of each season. Every year, all Property Owners must re-register for these privileges. If you have skied with us before, you will use your existing RFID card you were provided with in 2021. If you lost your card, you will still "Re-Register" below. A new card will be issued for a $20 fee.

PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.

The following step by step instructions are designed for Property Owners who currently possess a green Masthope RFID Card. If you are a new owner or if you are an owner who did not have an RFID card for 2020/2021, please click here for information on how to register. If you are not a Masthope Property Owner, please click here instead to visit our online store to make ticket and pass purchases.

If you require additional assistance, please click here for our "HOW TO RENEW" step by step video guide.

HOW TO RENEW YOUR PASS:

ONE PERSON PER PROPERTY WILL BE DEFINED AS "HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD": If you are the primary adult (over the age of 18) that processes passes for yourself and your family, OR are a parent of children under the age of 18, we are going to call you the "head of household" for purposes of registering online. You don't necessarily have to be the deeded Masthope Property Owner to be considered "head of household." The "head of household" should be the primary person whose family will be utilizing the ski privileges. Do NOT register children over the age of 18 under your account (or your grandchildren - Please let them be attached to their parent's account). Adult children and grandchildren must be registered with their own email address and are required to sign their own waiver.

If you are the "head of household," CLICK HERE TO REGISTER. (This registration link is for Masthope Property Owners only.)

The registration screen will ask for a webcode. The webcode is printed on the back of your green RFID card. Enter YOUR webcode in the box (include the hyphens) and ensure all other requested information is filled in, including the password field. You are creating an account that will be used to renew cards again for future seasons.

Once you complete registration, click the "Continue" button, then click "View Group Products."

After selecting "View Group Products," the following screen will display. Click the cart icon to add the ski privilege to your card.

The following screen will then display. Select yourself under "Party Member," then click the "Add to Cart" button.

The following screen will display. Click "Continue Shopping" to add more members of your party. If you are just registering yourself, you can click "Go to Cart" to checkout.

Add other members of your party by clicking "Add new party member."

After selecting "Add new party member," the following screen will appear. Enter the webcode of the party member you wish to add, then click the search icon.

The member's information will automatically display (below). If this party member is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian's email should appear, so the parent or guardian can sign a waiver of liability on the minor's behalf. If the party member is over the age of 18, their own email should appear, so they can receive an email to sign their own waiver. You do not have the ability to change a user's email on file. If there is an error with the email on file for a specific party member, please EMAIL us at bigbear@ski-bigbear.com to correct it.

Select this member's relationship to you, then click "Continue" to add them to your cart. If they are over the age of 18, and you are still making purchases for them, please select "Affiliate".

Repeat the process outlined in the steps above for each person in your party/family. Once you have added everyone, click "Go to Cart." The following screen will appear. Next, click "Checkout."

In the checkout process, the store will ask you to review the items in your cart, your information and your address. Once you reach the "Waivers" tab, you as the parent/guardian/adult will be able to sign waivers for minors if your email address is on file for them. If there are party members that are over the age of 18, you will see a message indicating you cannot sign their waiver. They will receive their own waiver to sign via email and they must also register for an account to do so.

Once all required waivers are signed, click "Next" to continue. A payment screen will appear. Since there is no charge for ski privileges, simply click to continue on. On the final screen, you will be asked to review and confirm your order. If everything is accurate, click the "Next" or "Continue" button to complete your registration. Once registration is complete, you will receive an email confirmation. All submissions for ski privileges will be verified by the POC office to ensure all owners are in good standing.

CONGRATULATIONS, YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOW COMPLETE. SEE YOU ON THE SNOW!
